Nearly
4 million Americans are affected by Alzheimer's disease. For patients
and their families, managing daily life can be a challenge. At
Bristol Court, we recognize that though an individual may be confused,
he or she still has real needs and feelings. Through therapeutic
and familiar life skill activities, we encourage their strengths
and abilities. We want to make life as fulfilling as possible,
and the quality of life as best we can, for both the person with
the disease and for the family members.
Whether it's
a stroll in our outdoor courtyard, listening to nostalgic music,
or participating in familiar activities under close supervision,
we seek to encourage abilities that keep residents active and enrich
their lives to enable them to be the best they can be.
