Assisted Living

Our day care program offers a beautiful, refreshing and stimulating place to spend a few hours. Care is available between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., with a minimum three hour charge. Please call (253) 752-8550 for current hourly rates.

This rate includes:

· All nutritious meals, served restaurant-style
· An exciting and stimulating activity program
· Housekeeping of your private or semi-private day room
· Linens and towels
· Transportation to scheduled events

Personal care services include medication supervision, routine room checks, shower assistance and other personalized assistance with daily living activities. A personal assessment will be scheduled with our Program Director, with the goal of designing an individualized care plan. There are no additional charges for nursing services.

Dementia Care

Need a break from your caregiving responsibilities for a few hours? If so, The Weatherly Inn's day care program can help. Care is available between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., with a minimum six hour charge. Please call (253) 752-8550 for current hourly rates.

This rate includes:

· All nutritious meals and snacks
· A stimulating activity program
· Housekeeping of private or semi-private day room
· Linens and towels
· Medical transportation

Personal care services include medication supervision, routine room and well-being checks, assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing and other assistance with daily living activities. A personal assessment will be scheduled with our Program Director, with the goal of designing an individualized care plan. There are no additional charges for nursing services.
