Need a break from your caregiving responsibilities for a few hours?
Looking for a refreshing and stimulating place for your loved one
to spend a little time during the day? If so, The Weatherly Inn
at Lake Meridian's day care program can help.
Our Adult Day
Care program emphasizes independence, personal choice and dignity
in a beautiful homelike environment. The rate is $12 per hour between
7 a.m. and 6 p.m., with a minimum three hour charge. This rate includes:
· All nutritious meals and snacks
· Specialized activities and social programs
· Personal care assistance
· Linens and towels
· A fully furnished semi-private room |
Personal care services include medication reminders and assistance,
routine room and well-being checks and personal assistance with
activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
A personal assessment will be scheduled with our Program Director,
with the goal of designing an individualized care plan. This can
be done in the privacy of your own home or here at the Weatherly
Inn. All nursing care services are included in our hourly rate.
