Adult Day Care
Need a break from your caregiving responsibilities for a few hours? Looking for a refreshing and stimulating place for your loved one to spend a little time during the day? If so, The Weatherly Inn at Lake Meridian's day care program can help.
Our Adult Day Care program emphasizes independence, personal choice and dignity in a beautiful homelike environment. Daycare is available between 6 a.m. and 9p.m. with a minimum of a 3 hour charge. Please call 253.630.7496 for current hourly rates or to schedule a tour. This rate includes:
- Secured home like environment
- All nutritious meals and snacks
- Specialized activities and social programs
- Personal care assistance
- Medication administration
- Observation and supervision
A personal assessment will be scheduled with our Program Director, with the goal of designing an individualized care plan. This can be done in the privacy of your own home or here at the Weatherly Inn. All nursing care services are included in our hourly rate.
